How booking works
No hidden fees, no long forms. Here is everything you need to know before you send a date.

Send the details
Date, lunch or dinner, hours, guests, place and budget. That is all we need to start.

We reply with a price
Antonios checks the date and sends a menu and a fixed price, usually the same day.

The truck arrives
We park an hour before service, open the window and cook everything to order.
Details
Minimums, space and payment
Minimum
50 guests or a $1,500 food minimum on weekends. $1,000 on weekdays.
Service time
Two hours of service included. Extra hours by arrangement.
Payment
25% deposit holds the date. Balance due seven days before.
Space
30 ft long, 12 ft high, flat ground. Our own quiet generator.
Paperwork
Health permit, business licence, certificate of insurance.
Travel
Free within 30 miles of Culver City. A small fee beyond that.
